Kitchener outdoor bootcamps focus on fun .This isn't the army. This small Boot Camp is led by ME! Your personal trainer and fun specialist, meaning you will receive personal training at a lower rate and meet people like you who want fitness to be fun and results driven. Because you are training in a group  you will make friends and have endless motivation and accountability. You WILL get results and that is a guarantee. If you don't see any results at all I will gladly give you ALL your money back!!

I am  not going to yell at you through a blowhorn and make you run through tunnels in the mud, don't worry but what I will have you do is various types of squats, lunges, burpees, pushups,planks, bridges, hill work and a variety of bootcamp games and partner drills. We ALWAYS warm up in the beginning of each class and stretch at the end of every class. It is challenging, but you can work out at your own pace if you need to based on health/injuries or overall fitness level.  For this reason, all levels of fitness are welcome.  You will complete a full body workout in the span of 30-40 minutes including stretch.

“Thanks for the measurements and the great boot camp sessions. I was very glad to find that you give such an accurate and true depiction of how to eat healthy and about the relation between healthy weight and exercise!
