  • Where is In Home Personal Training located at?
    In Home Personal Training can be done in your home or at NEW Fitness which is located in the private home of main trainer Noelle Walker.
  • What credentials does the Personal Trainer have?
    The main trainer at NEW Fitness is Noelle and she is fully certified and has 18 years experience training people for weight loss and muscle gain as well as addressing their injuries and weaknesses at the same time.
  • How much is In Home Personal Training?
    This all depends on how often you would like to train per month and where. A free consultation would be set up and along with fitness testing and goal setting. A price would be established at that time. In general though it is less expensive if the training is conducted at NEW Fitness as opposed to your home due to travel costs.
  • How long are the programs?
    These are one time programs lasting four weeks.
  • What do you receive with these programs?
    With most of the programs you will receive a new and different workout to do every week. You will also receive regular coaching emails with tips and suggestions on how to be successful with your program. Some higher priced programs come with a meal plan as well.
  • Can you retake a fitness program if you like the results you were getting?
    Yes most definitely. In most cases though Noelle will direct you to a new and different program. It's important to keep things fresh for greater results.
  • What is Online Personal Training?
    Online Personal Training is training done remotely. Instead of someone coming to your home or you going to a studio to train it is done by email, text and video. This means that you have ongoing access to your trainer instead of simply just seeing them twice per week and that's it.
  • What will you receive with Online Personal Training?
    You will receive an individualized workout program, meal plan as well as detailed tracking software within your own app. Fitness testing as well as body composition testing will be done prior so that your trainer can devise a plan specific to your goals. You will also receive regular coaching emails from your trainer every week. You will have access to your trainer through text as well and any and all questions will be answered either through text or email.
  • Will I get the same results that I would with regular Personal Training?
    Yes definitely. You may even get better results as you have ongoing access to your trainer as opposed to a couple of times per week. You will also have access to software(your own app) that will help you keep track of your efforts and help with ongoing goal achievement.
  • What is the cost? Is it expensive?
    Online Personal Training is a six week program at $299. Compared to in home Personal Training or training at a studio it's a steal. With all the benefits and features you receive it is well worth the cost and not expensive at all.
  • Is this just a one day meal plan? What do you get with the meal plan?
    Meal Plans are detailed seven day nutrition plans. It states specifically what to eat on that particular day. All meal plans are designed for weight loss.
  • Are the meal plans individualized? Can I get a meal plan tailored to me?
    These meal plans are not specific so they are for general weight loss only.. If you need a specific tailored to your goals and needs meal plan, one can definitely be devised for you. This would entail questionnaires for you to fill out as well as submitting a week long food journal prior to devising your meal plan.
  • You say the meal plan is for weight loss. Are there tasty options?
    Here at NEW Fitness we don't believe that your food should taste bad because it is healthy. All of the options are really good tasting and you can eat these foods for the rest of your life! In fact we highly recommend it.

Hi there, I'm Noelle.

I am obsessed about all things fitness. I could  probably do squats all day long!

But what I really love doing is working with busy frustrated women who think fitness is a chore and convincing them that it can be fun, all the while educating them on what fitness can do for their lives overall. And how it can make them way happier and have way more energy to do all of those crazy time restrained things we do all day.

But personally I love hanging out with my 12 year old kid yay she still likes me! and shopping(don't we all) and hiking in this conservation area we live very close to. Also I used to live in Calgary and I skied almost every weekend. I have to get back there for a visit.
